Having a pontoon that sits on a dock all summer under trees, I have had to deal with the white seats getting Black with mildew, and each year they get worst. I have had people tell me to do this or do that, in which none of they ways worked, My seats this year were so bad after the winter, I thought to myself it isn't really going to matter what I try the seats are no good anyways( it did matter ) I went to the local Walmart and was looking at all the cleaners again when my eyes caught the bottle that said Tilex Mold and Mildew remover, What the heck at this point I had nothing to lose,(but my seats) I came home and strayed some on one of the seats and with a small scrub brush, scrub it a little, I couldn't belive the black was running off the seats, So I did the rest of them, You can now tell my seats are white, there are very very light stains from the mildew in a few spots, but boy do they look. It has been a couple of weeks now and they still look great.

I also did our boat fenders and they look like new.
