Before you hit that buy it now or bid button on any listing make sure you know the actual cost of shipping to your address otherwise you are in for a big surprise as what look to be cheaper might turn out to be more expensive.

For example seller "A" might list a wheelchair for $109.99 with free shipping while Seller "B" list the same wheelchair for $85.45 but shipping is $40 adding this together you obviously know seller "B" is more expensive so check well before you buy, make sure you know the total cost including shipping & handling and insurance before committing to that sale.
