Buyers make sure to check out everything from where the item is at and where the seller is located.  I was a victim of a golf cart scam. I had tried to buy but never won until I saw one that looked like the general lee  #01. I bought this straight out for $900.00 and not going by E-Bay rules of not sending money through Western Union. I did just that. Now I have not golf cart and I am out $900.00. E-Bay won't help me because I didn't go by the rules. So please don't be the next victim of this, and always check everything out and Please go by the rules.
