In reading the less than wonderful feedback reports, it looks like some have been disappointed in the size/weight of gold chains they've received. Often a clue to the weight of a chain is the clasp. It's usually safe to assume that a chain with a spring ring clasp is going to be much lighter in weight than one with a lobster claw clasp. You can generally see the clasp in the picture shown.
