GOING THE EXTRA MILE AS A SELLER

As a seller on EBay one of the best things to have is repeat buyers, These are bidders who have won auctions from you in the past and who keep coming back to your auctions.

Here are some things that you as a seller can do to try and gain repeat bidders.

1. Package well and ship fast, Dont wait a long time to get the package off.
2. Consider adding a little extra something to the package, I add a autographed card to every other winning bid, But as soon as I get a repeat bidder I add another card for each auction they win. People always like to get something for free.
3. Leave good feedback for the Buyer as soon as funds are secured ( After check or money order clears ).
4. Communicate with Buyer, Let them know the package is on its way
5. Dont pester winning bidders if they dont leave feedback for you, They might update feedback once a month.
6. If they have a problem, Do what you can to sort it out for them, Clearly state your refund policy in the listing.
7. Always be polite when corresponding with the buyer, Treat the buyer the way you would like to be treated.
