After having my daughter, I feel like I know all the tricks of the trade with getting hairbows to stay in a toddler's hair. They are so wiggly and busy that be fore you know it, the bow is gone.... either lost in an abyss or a gigantic dirt pile! For my daughter, silicone hair band were the best! She had very silky, fine hair. But, with these hair bands, I was able to do her hair one time and it stayed in all day. Then, I would use french barrettes on my bows and weave the hairbow through the hair next to the silicone hair band, lock the clip, and voila! DONE!
Getting out the silicone tie at the end of the day was a different story! It would knot and pull the hair. I was about to scrap the whole "wearing bows thing..." but then I discovered that if you spray No-More-Tears detangling spray onto the band and the hair the band just slipped right out. Easy as that!

Have a great day!
