Why am I writing this?

Ans: Because I believe the world would be much better if everyone share their knowledge and work together.

I know that you want to have a website, an online presence, because you want to sell your products or services ( or simply, to have a personal webpage).  My guide is about getting a free website, so here are some ways that I found:

• Go to a chat room such as one in Yahoo or MSN listed under the category: web design, or programming.  You then ask everyone in the room if they can do a website for Free for you!
  Believe it or not someone would do it for Free. (why do you think we have volunteers?)
  note: you should register a nick name: I_need_a_website

• Post an add on a forum that you need a website done!
  Mainly forum for programmers and web designers such as freewebspace.net (this is where you can find a FREE web host to host your website)
  Here are some examples from the kijiji.ca:

• "I need help designing my website. I have the basics but need help with forms and other advanced things. I am using dreamweaver. This is volunteer but I will give a reference or write a letter of reference for you"

• "Looking for: Volunteer Web/Graphic Designer: Volunteer will work at home using their own computer without compensation. However, people who show a sincere interest and reliability and who demonstrate an ability to complete given tasks will be considered for a paid position if and when we receive sufficient funding.
   
  This is a great opportunity to add substantial pieces to the selected candidate's portfolio as well as great references for future jobs.
   
  Please send some samples of your work, resume and a covering letter to YOUR EMAIL "

• Looking for: eBay Lister - Graphic Designer - Web Progamer ALL IN ONE: We are located in the GTA. We need a graphic designer/programmer and someone very familiar with eBay stores and postings 3 times a week. Email: YOUR EMAIL

  Search online for such Free services or even on EBAY

• There are many web designers that would love to build a website for you for free to build up their portfolio.  All you have to do is ASK!
