Well, I've read the negative guide that was left by a nurse who said that the generic version of Prilosec that she used did not help her indigestion. I have to say is it's kinda' scarey to note that she's a nurse and the grammer and spelling in her guide was pitiful. A nurse is suppossed to be a relatively well educated professional, part of whose job is extensive record keeping and detailed notes on patient care. She obviously has poor command of the English language, especially for someone with that background. Further, I have to say I suppose that her experience with the generic medication may have been bad, but mine was very good - good enough that I am re-ordering today. It relieved all of my symptoms - did an even better job than the Zantac and generic Zantac (ranitidine) that I've taken for more than 20 years. And, it did so at a fraction of the cost of the "real" Prilosec OTC. It's got to be the bargain of the year. So, go ahead and spend 5 or 6 times the money and help the already rich American pharmacuetical companies get even richer, just like the big oil companies. Or, buy the Indian stuff and save a lot of money.
