GYMBOREE CLOTHING & LAUNDRY ADVICE
I have loads & loads of childrens clothing items I am trying to launder and iron before I list. I LIKE MY CLOTHING ITEMS TO BE FRESH AND VIBRANT. I have been recently disappointed with several Gymboree "EUC" sweaters I have purchased. Do people not know to wash on delicate in cold water and NOT DRY(with towels ESPECIALLY...causes fuzz balls, I am still shaving one & have another anxiously awaiting medical intervention)DRYING a sweater SHRINKS it unforgivingably and washing in WARM water FADES it horribly!!!! I think I need to make a Gymboree owner user manual(kind of like an appliance user manual)...I mean really? What do you guys think? COLD WATER, TUMBLE DRY OR DRY FLAT WITH SWEATERS ARE THE GYMBO GOLDEN RULE. IT KEEPS THEM FUZZ FREE AND FADE FREE AND MOST OF ALL...IT WILL NOT BE 2 SIZES SMALLER THAN ADVERTISED WHEN IT IS RECEIVED BY THE BUYER. I thought it was just general education knowledge NOT to wash sweaters with fuzzy creatures and for the love of "THE CLOTHING BIBLE"(yes, I am trademarking that name :) it is cute & serious) PLEASE DO NOT WASH IN WARM OR HOT WATER AS THAT AND DRYING WILL SHRINK 100% COTTON UNTIL YOU NEED A PAIR OF TWEEZERS JUST TO REMOVE FROM THE DRYER. Thank you and everyone in agreement, let's have a big CLOTHING AMEN to that AND I AM SERIOUS ABOUT THAT CLOTHING BIBLE. I have several remedies for removing different kinds of stains also without putting the garments life in danger.
