Be careful about buying diamond rings on Ebay. A lot of sellers put cubic zirconium, diamonelle or CZ in the same category as diamonds without fear of penalty by Ebay. You will see serious price differences between two rings that look similar because one is gold platted and the stones are cubic zirconium and the other is genuine gold and diamond. In my ebay store everything is real gold and real diamond. Valuable jewellery cannot be bought for a few dollars. Make sure to read the description if it says: CZ diamond. Diamonelle, Artificial diamond..These are not diamonds. You are buying good looking cheap fashion jewellery. They are fake artificial stones made to look like diamonds. Real Diamond, Genuine diamonds are hard to find and cannot cost $10-$50. Be prepared to invest about 50% of what you would pay in regular stores. That is the ebay advantage. Buying a ring in the diamond category for a few bucks is a waste of money. If it's too good to be true, it's usually is . Don't waste yout money on junk that you will put in your back drawer. Don't get stuck with a bauble. Make sure the listing says genuine diamonds, real gold. make sure there is CTW (total carat weight) as well as color and clarity of the diamond are specified in the listing. Even fake diamonds have a carat weight. Just because a stone has a big carat number does not mean it is diamond. Buyer beware on ebay. Fake diamonds unfortunately dominate the diamond category. Read the small writing inside the description. It must say real or genuine somewhere or you are buying false or fake gems.Or come to my ebay store. I don't sell fakes. there is no false gold or fake diamonds in my ebay store.
