Twice now I have discovered items being auctioned at pricing way too low to be real. The latest was some GARMIN GPS products worth thousands of dollars being offered at ridiculous low pricing on a 24 hour auction. One $9,000 unit was starting out at $99.00, no reserve, and in the text of the description was an offer from the seller to buy it for $2,000. It referred to a different email address than in "Ask seller a Question". I looked at other items that the seller had up for auction and found numerous aircraft avionics listed at suspicious pricing, 24 hour listings, looked like a scam. I then went to the listed sellers feedback and viewed what she had sold and bought in the past, mostly dishes, pots, perfume, make up, shoes and purses, avionics was not her thing to be selling. It was obvious her user information had been hijacked. If an item looks to be listed at a really killer low price,, INVESTIGATE a bit as I did, there is usually something wrong and you are about to be ripped off.
