Good customer service is missing in all business-life today. First of all sell only quality items you yourself would buy and send an invoice as soon as possible after a listing ends. Possibly even add a thank you in the message box so the buyer knows you appreciate their business. After 3-4 days if payment isn't received send another invoice or reminder. After buyer pays,please acknowledge that you received payment. They chose your item to spend their hard earned money on so let them know you appreciate it. Also tell them when you will ship and maybe even offer a discount on their next purchase with the item # they just won. That gives them the incentive to keep watching your listings. When you leave their feedback you can offer that discount again so it keeps you on their mind. Let's bring back that fabulous customer service we used to know.
