got a snare that just rattles or buzzes outta control?.try loosining the 2 tension rods on each side of the snares on the bottom head,,then you may wanna crank up the others a bit to make up for it..this lets the head relax a bit were the wires set and gives you a good crack. this  should stop any  rattling of the wires and help you get a better buzz or crack form your snare with no rattle..good luck.. ky-drummer
