Have you seen the new feedback? Well let me tell you!
Leaving feedback is nothing new but the Feedback 2.0 launched in May 2007 sure is.
Here are some things that have changed. First off you now have a star system that allows you to select in addition to the regular positive / neutral / negative option.
It is broken down into these questions:
Now each of these has a scrolling twinkle star system that you mouse over it that lets you select your satisfactory level. Now this might seem OK except it's a mouse over & click, not a little box or circle that you check. So be careful OK when you do these because there are some really neat sellers out there. If the seller is just horrific then do it, but please think about whether you should ask questions of the seller and work together to create your mutual expectations. There are many sellers who are part time sellers, or just sell on their own out of their home. That is really important to consider because they are not any different than you or I. If when you purchase an item you ask them if they will communicate to you delivery times & postage charges that will help you 100% and help them also! I think that if you do it my way you might be able to better understand the life of a seller. Oh and also don't you forget the USPS changed their rates this month and it is terrible. Now you have to measure the dang box. It totally makes it much more likely that everyone will have to go to priority mail and that is more spendy ok people! So be careful how you click and think about whether the seller even knows what is expected of them. Is shipping fast the same as what's in your mind? Knowing what the expectation is will help us all have a happy place here

ps. When you leave feedback for a seller, your purchase price is displayed by ebay on the sellers feedback with your name & purchase info right htere....but doesn't show up on yours. Did you know that? Well now you do!!

It is broken down into these questions:
- How accurate was the description?
- How satisfied were you with the seller's communication?
- How quickly did the seller ship the item?
- How reasonable were the shipping and handling charges?
