Q. Where do your used chairs come from?
A. Our used chairs come from many different locations; churches, retired movie theaters, performing arts centers, school, movie studio props. Each used chairs has a different story.
Q. What condition are the used chairs?
A. Unless noted differently in the auction, all our used chairs are cleaned and inspected for any damage. You will find any rips, stains, or tears. You may notice normal wear and tear depending on the age / use of the chairs.
Q. How are the chairs shipped?
A. The chairs are shipped insured by common carrier. Normal transit times vary between 3 - 5 business days. They will be delivered curbside. You will receive the chairs broken down. Depending on the quantity and row configuration you order they will be packaged as a box of backs, box of seats, and box of legs with armrest.
Q. What is your return policy?
A. Details of our return policy can be found on our website. Returns will be based on a per order basis. Customer will be responsible for all shipping charges and 25% restocking fee. If you are requesting a return due to damage we will gladly replace the damaged parts for new parts.
Q. How comfortable are your chairs?
A. All our chairs are real authentic movie chairs. Just like the ones you would find in movie theaters today. The chairs may be designed with built in lumbar support for extended movie watching comfort. Our showroom is open to the public Monday - Friday 9AM to 5PM ET.
Q. Can I purchase the chairs in rows?
A. Yes, you can order as many chairs as you need to assemble them in rows. However, keep in mind the chairs are shipped to you broken down. Because of their weight and size we are unable to ship them to you assembled.
