Verizon sim card must be inserted and wireless radios must be turned off (no check marks).
* Go to options.
* Go to advanced options.
* Go to sim card (it will show number).
* Hit menu button then select show keyboard turn to landscape full type key board.
* Type MEPD (You will not be able to see letters on screen that you type).
* Type MEP2.
* Now it will say enter network mep code.
* Enter the unlock code you were given and then hit the Enter button.
