I have found in my four years of ebaying, it is so important to make sure your clients are happy and that they return.
A few ideas for you that have worked for me.
Always give a small free gift, this surprises them, and makes them want to come back for that extra goodie. Also, this is great Word of Mouth adveritising for you, once they get a free gift, the word spreads to their friends, family etc. In turn you will have new people looking at your site so they get that free gift. I usually always give a free colourful scarf, which I am a wholesaler, so I always throw one in, you can buy cute little 1.00 mirrors from a market and give those.
Remember, giving something will only bring back good customer service and feedback.
