The best way not to get caught up in Fraud on ebay is to double check any suspicious activity.

Never read your member @ ebay mail from your ebay program - go to my ebay and look in messages.  The email will also be in there

Check the email address of your buyer or seller to be sure that you are communicating with the correct person.

Be especially careful on high ticket items.  Make sure you are going to be protected by paypal before you make the payment.

Don't act too quickly.  Some of the more recent fraudulent emails look real and if you are too quick to act you may make a serious mistake.
