 Gourmand notes are another newly added member to the fragrance family. These notes are characterized as edible, dessert like, sweet, candy like, tea ,fruits, almonds, cupcake, whiskey, or coffee scents. Many scents used in gourmand perfumes are vanilla, chocolate, milk, cotton candy, caramel, coffee, cognac, toffee and others.
