Q: Just curious to how many spacers come in one package, whether it comes with two spacers with 8 studs or four spacers with 16 studs? ?
A: All spacers comes in set of 2. ALL DRA, DRM, and DRS kits come complete with all necessary wheel bolts, studs and nuts for spacer 10mm and wider (5mm/8MM does not come with it). These will be used in connection with the existing parts fitted to the vehicle. DRS kit requires the new studs to be pressed into the hubs of the vehicle. MEANING ALL DR SERIES DOES NOT COME WITH BOLTS/STUDS.

DR Series (10-40mm Track Widening) This spacer is fitted between the wheel and hub, using longer wheel bolts (ordered separately). Please check type of bolt head (taper or round and diameter) and shaft length before ordering.
DRS Series (10-40mm Track widening) This spacer is fitted between the wheel and hub, exchanging the existing wheel studs for longer ones. The wheels are then fitted to the hub/spacer with the existing wheel nuts.
DRA Series (40-60mm Track widening) This Spacer is fitted to the hub with special wheel bolts and has new threaded holes for existing wheel bolts.
DRM Series (40-90mm Track widening) This spacer is fitted to the hub with special nuts and it carries new wheel studs for the existing wheel nuts.

Q: If the H&R spacer I am purchasing  does not come with studs/bolts can I purchase the studs/bolts from you?
A: Yes, however you will need to find out the exact part # from H&R's website and give us the part # so we can give you a quote. We do not stock studs/bolts, all special order from H&R direct (NO REFUND, once is purchased)

Q: I order this part from you 1-2 weeks ago and I have not heard anything regarding it, what happened? (DOMESTIC)
A: Most of the large order we shipped via ups, and because ups is not net work with ebay, we had to send you a separate e-mail for the tracking #, so from time to time it might end up in your spam mail or some where else. So please e-mail us back at ebay@racetechperformance.com with the ITEM # in title and ask for a tracking #

Q: I order this part from you 1-2 weeks ago and I have not heard anything regarding it, what happened? (INTERNATIONAL)
A: Most of the order we shipped via usps 1st class international we have to type in the confirmation # manually in the system, because usps is not net work with ebay, we had to send you a separate e-mail for the tracking #, so from time to time it might end up in your spam mail or some where else. So please e-mail us back at ebay@racetechperformance.com with the ITEM # in title and ask for a tracking #

Q: I waited 2 weeks for this order and it still has not shipped yet what happened? I thought you had 10 in stock?
A: Before we make a listing we have everything in stock, however we are also a wholesale company so from time to time, some of the item will be sold without passing through Ebay. Once we find out we have problem getting the product from the manufacture we will e-mail you and give you choices of waiting (estimated arrival time will be given) or full refund.

Q: I have a 2008 Nissan Sentra, would this part fit on my car?
A: please check with manufacture website for the application you are looking for, we tend to avoid confirming with manufacture because from time to time, wrong information is given to us from the buyer. Is always best to confirm with the manufacture before making a purchase( Highly recommended)

Q: I am located near you, I would like to purchase this locally and pay cash?
A: Please make purchase through Ebay before you contact us to pick up, we do not accept cash payments from will call. All order must be paid fully prior to pick up, please give us 24-48 hour time to process. And is always best to confirm availability before making a purchase for pick up.

Q: The parts I order from you is defected, I want a refund / exchange?
A: Please contact the manufacture regarding any defect, and make sure you let them know the exact problems you are having, some manufacture has over 10 professional technician to resolve all problems, so rather then making the statement so soon, give them a call and confirm all problems/issue. If the parts is indeed defected please give us a confirmation of the technician you spoken to so that we can send the product back to them and have it warranty.
