Here is a good rule to have after you win the bid everything you do keep a record saved in your computer, but also keep a printed copy as well, even the messages of contact with the seller, then should a problem arise and you have to go into dispute you will have records showing what transpired.  To this day I have not had any problems and everyone I have done business with has been good but I still keep the printed copies in my file cabinet and files on my computer and hope I never need them, for safety I keep them Six Months after I get the merchandise then shred them.  (Note) I always wait to leave Feedback till after I get the merchandise and inspect it then with that and good contact with seller, I have a good guide to follow to write the Feedback, But always leave Feedback.
