The buyer will pay a deposit via Western Union so this way the 3rd party can verify if the deposit was paid until the seller will proceed with delivery. After the deposit is paid the buyer must send the information of the deposit ONLY to SafePay Department. The SafePay Department confirms that the payment has cleared. The Seller sends the goods to buyer address. The Buyer confirms receipt of the goods. The SafePay Department sends the payment to the seller. The SafePay Department will take a fee either an additional amount paid by the buyer or by the seller but in our case I will suport all charges for that. I need your full name and full shipping address (street, city, zip, state) and phone # so i can forward to SafePay Department to open a case for our deal and they will send you the deposit form via email.
