I too had a horror story to share about this seller which I would like to share with unsuspected buyers. Unfortunately I didnt research this owner Thomas Dahn who is the owner of Florda Muscle & Speed but I did become an unsuspected victim. After searching for my ideal '69 fully restored Camaro. I found what I thought was my dream car, a '69 convertible Camaro. The photos provided by this dealer revealed a beautiful car. And just like the other buyers warned, Mr. Dahn's rating system and vehicle description were describing the 'perfect' car.
Well the car came shipped to NY and the problems were many. The vehicle as it turned out was completely rusted out and heavily bonded, wet sanded and sprayed. The entire under carriage was completely rusted out. Neither driver or passenger door windows could be opened. When we removed the door panels, we discovered that the doors were not the corect doors for that vehicle and were basically welded to force a fit. None of the doors, truck or hood were even close to being lined up and all bolts had to be shimmed by as many as 3 to 6 in order to come us close as possible. Arm rests falling off and stripped, dashboard barely hanging on. Carpeting although new was improper fit with gaps everywhere. Seatbelts not installed, horn and directionals not operating. The seller completely lied on every aspect of this car.
I am dealing with many Florda authorities at this time
