After reading two guides on ebay from ebay members , I have something to say about the selling of property on ebay. First of all, you can have a septic tank and a well on most properties in Florida. It has nothing to do with the lay of the land. I can testify to that since I live in Florida in Marion County, in a very nice Subdivision , and have both a well and a septic. Secondly, we purchased land off the internet, and yes we did look at it first, but it turned to be the best investment we ever made, since the land value has increased on this property by 100 fold. Thts right 100 fold in less than four years. Dont believe all that you read from a disgruntled ebayer who may have purchased a lot in University Highlands by mistake. If he has florida property ,for vacation home allready ,then he must allready live here. and knows there is plenty of fine real estate still available in this beautiful state.
