I had bought this chair for my daughter, and she loves it. After watching the news, certain ones have been recalled. Mine happens to be one of them. Apparently if you, the adult, can put your arm and hand between the chairs back and the seat, then it is affected, because your child can get neck injuries. You would have to call fisherprice and get a part to correct the problem. It will take about 4-6 weeks to receive it. In the meantime, please remove the chair from your child, so theres no danger to him or her. Here is more information below to help you decide if your childs chair is one that has been recalled. Description: The recalled Laugh & Learn Musical Learning Chair is a plastic infant toy that measures about 17 inches high. It plays music and teaches children numbers and letters. It also features a blue chair with four green plastic legs and a side table with a purple base and white top. The table holds a clock, book and a lamp. Smiley faces are displayed on the lamp and seat back. “Fisher-Price” is written on the front of the chair. The packaging states that the toy is intended for children 12 months through 36 months of age.
