From birth and up! Well my daughter liked it when she was 3-6 months, she would lay under it, and watch the balls and lights go around in circles. But kicking it would hurt her feet, its hard plastic!! She would cry, so I couldnt put her under it enough to kick, just to watch it. So whats the point of that? Why advertsie it, as kick and whirl, if the baby can get hurt off of hard plastic? It has two positions thats one and the other one is when the baby sits up, she can take the balls, and roll them down the slide. It doesnt tilt back enough for them to slide, so most of the time they fall off the slide. At the end of the slides are other attachment toys, they can stay on or be taken off to put in the front of the toy. My daughter takes them off herself, they dont even stay on. Shes done this since 6 months old. Shes now 17 months, and doesnt play with this toy. She quit and got bored with it, around 6-7 months old. I dont recommend it, for the fact, the baby can hurt its foot when kicking, and second, its not really fun, its boring!!!
