When I started on Ebay a few years back, I wanted to know the secret of making the most money for the least amount of investment.  I tried many venues, and really took a look at what my passion was.  I knew that if my heart was in what I was selling, others would be too, its just the law of business.  So, I would look on the eBay pulse almost everyday, and keep track of others successes.  Slowly I gained the knowledge of what sells and when.  I didnt even shop very much, but what I knew is this.... If I found somehting I just could not live without, and knew it was something I would think about all day unless I bought, I should.  So, on was my quest.  My story may not fit everyone, but I know it fit for me.  My passion was childrens clothing.  The look of my children well dressed was, to me, a sign of success.  I shopped as frugal as I could first, doing the sales, making phone calls to boutique owners, and it paid off.  I started buying beautiful boutique clothing for my children at a fraction of the cost, and after a year or so, I was able to "recycle"the clothes on eBay, and buy new ones with the money I had earned on here.  I also joined groups that would share ideas and coupon codes and siging up on email lists from online boutiques for exclusive offers,  etc.  Now, my children are dressed so well, and I have money to spare, no more husband looking over my shoulder at what I am buying online (girls, you know !!)~~because it is paid for~~.  FIND YOUR passion, others will follow!
