Finding and figuring out how to show off your best assets and hide your worst in a swimsuit can be very difficult.  This guide will give you tips on selecting the appropriate swimsuit for your body type.

First you must know your measurements, this is a key factor.  Taking your measurements is simple, fast, and not a time to cheat.  Start with the chest measurementst; make sure that you are measuring the fullest part of the chest.  Next measure the smallest part of the waist...usually where you wear your pants.  Finally the hip area, like the chest this needs to be measured at the fullest area.

Second tip, finding a style that you are comfortable in.  Unfortunately we are not all 6 ft tall, with a long torso and never ending legs.  For those people you are able to wear anything from a bikini to a one piece, and your body agrees with it all.  Others that do not have that luxury there are a few other options.  Take for example the tankini.  This style of swimsuit is great for people who do not want to be constricted by a one piece, and not show as much as a string bikini.  People with a larger chest should choose a halter style, it is comfortable, classy and sexy all at the same time, and worries about falling out is eliminated.  People who have the opposite problem, a larger bottom area, don't worry there are options for you as well.  You are able to choose from boy shorts, or a skirtini.  A fashionable cover-up or sarong also works great and adds a fun style to the swimwear.

Our final tip is choosing the right size and knowing the designer.  When selecting a swimsuit it is always wise to choose one size up.  Swimwear is made smaller than the average clothing, and once wet it clings to your body even more.  The last thing you need is hard time breathing when you are trying to to swim.  Research some of the brands and make sure you understand their sizing charts.

Once you have completed all of these steps we are certain you will make a splash this season and look great doing it!!
