Finding Products To Sell On Ebay
The question of where, what and how to find products to sell on eBay has been asked thousands of times on the internet. I'm sure you've come across the Ebay gurus or so-called gurus that are selling their information on how to make money on eBay and find products that you can buy and resell at a nice profit.
Everyone who sells or wants to sell on eBay is in search of a source or sources that can provide much in demand products for a low cost and can be sold at a high price over and over again. In addition, these products have to be unique and no one else on eBay can be selling them.
In my opinion and in my experience with eBay, you have to have a strategy that encompasses different sources of products so that if one of your sources is no longer available, your business won't come to a screeching halt.
The Often Overlooked Deal Sites
One of the sources I use are various "deal" websites. When I come across a great deal, whether it's on or off the internet, I immediately check eBay to see if it's a popular selling product, and what the product is selling for. If I can make a 30% or higher profit,I purchase the product in quantity and list it on eBay and possibly Amazon.com. I've purchased and sold on eBay a variety of items that I found deals on such as:
- MP3 Players
- Rockband for XBOX
- Nintendo DS's
- Computer Keyboards
- Boxed DVD Sets
- Digital Frames and more...
How did I find these "deals?" I did a daily check with my favorite deal sites which include:
- Slickdeals
- Fatwallet
- Bensbargains
- Woot and more
Keeping Track of the Deals
I also found a great tool that's free to download called none other than "dealstoolbar."
It's exactly what it says it is....a deals toolbar. You can quickly scan all the daily deals from multiple deal sites to see if there are any deals worthy of taking advantage of and ultimately end up with products you can sell at a profit on eBay.

Just like many internet marketing gurus talk about multiple streams of income on the internet, I like to stress multiple sources of products for selling on eBay.
The deal sites are just one source you can use. Heck, finding products to sell on eBay really isn't that hard. In fact, I used to buy one particular high-priced scrapbooking product I found at Michaels Craft Store and purchase it with a 50% off coupon found in the Sunday paper. I would make $30 on that one product and it always sold! Even clothing retailer coupons found in women's monthly subscription magazines can be sold on eBay!
You just have to do a little research on eBay to see what's selling and at what price.
