Fibromyalgia Anyone's Illness and my Tips to help

Fibromylagia

Some of my Tips and Thoughts on this Illness is my 1st Amendment, the right to Freedom of Speech

If you have Fibromylagia or think you do have, Always keep an eye on the Weather

When I get real Sick, their is a Storm or ones Coming and its the Main thing that  gets my Symptoms started and then Subsides when the Storm, or Low Pressure moves away.

Read the Symptoms from the Mayo Clinic if you think you may have it or you have something and the Doctors don't know what you have after several Doctors can't find out what is wrong with you and want you to go see a Psychiatrist, is not in your Head

In 1996 I became very sick and had Extreme Pain, in my Spine, Muscles, Vertigo, Brian Fog,  Panic Attack, Migraines

Hyperventilation, Depression  and Several more Symptoms.

after 20 or more Doctors and $10,000 of Doctor Bills, One Doctor after another for 2 years which I was also Bed Ridden most of the day.

I found out it was Fibromylagia, Is easily Misdiagnosed and their is only a 18 Point Pressure around your neck to help the Doctor find out this is Fibromylagia, no Blood Test and that's why it is easily over Looked

Back in 1996 it was not readily known and it was thought to be

1. A Women's Problem, Then

2. Syndrome, and was made light of a Syndrome like it was no big Deal, What about Toxic Shock or Reyes Syndrome

Caused By Car Accidents but still a Women's Illness until Men were Diagnost.

Women got to the Doctor for Check up's,  Men rarely go to a Doctor unless they think they are Dieng so I think that is why most Women were Bieng Diagnost with it in the Beginning and then the Doctors took it more Seriously

4 and last I checked with the Mayo Clinic, is now in the Arthritis Family,

Good thing that Fibromyalgia wasn't standing Trial for a Crime, Too many Changed Stories and would have been in Prison

I don't know what Causes it and it looks like I am not alone.

These are things I found out to help myself and NEVER be any one's Guinea Pig and take every Drug Prescribed to you, look it up and the Side Effects, is it Cheap ?

Has it Helped anyone ? Research for yourself, Computers Or Books

and ask Questions to Doctor about ANY Medications, or any Concerns, Remember you Hired the Doctor, not the other way around and I Fire those that don't have time to listen to me or those with a God Complex .

At the End of Meds I take I go into Diet

 They are not Chemists, or ask your Pharmacists, I think they are the Authorities on Meds not your Doctor

I Take 50 mg of Elavil, Its Generic Name is Amitriptyline, It Combats Chronic Pain, Chronic Fatigue and Depression, and is CHEAP and an Older Med

2 Ultram 50 mg 2 Times a day, a Non Narcotic, But like allot of Meds can still be Addicting, that helps with Pain too

I take 4 Advil a day.

1 Xanix, 1 mg a day  My Panic Attacks are Physical, Certain Smells, Certain Colors, Certain Noises can cause me into a Panic Attack even at night when Asleep, I a day stops me having one

I would rather Prevent one than have to Visit the ER.

For those of you who have Family Members that have this illness Educate yourself on Fibro, that will help you too understand what is going on, It can be just as Confusing for the Loved one who has it and you too.

DIET, and Exercise, the best Medicine of all

Get all of the White out of your Diet, White Salt, White Sugar White Bread White Pasta and I believe White Rice

Supplement with, Sea Salt, Raw Sugar and Wheat Bread, Fresh if you can get it but not my Favorite is 12 Grain Bread, Brown or Wild Grain Rice, Natural Brown Pasta, if your Store dose not have these Items go to a Natural Food Store they even have Natural brown Chips too and Tasty

Get all the Harmon's and Preservatives out of your Diet

Look at the Ingredients, you don't want NO Preservatives, NO Harmon's

avoid Red Meat and Supplement with other Protein Foods such as Beans, Red meat is OK every now and then but not everyday

Eat Fresh Fowl, Poultry, Fish, Potatoes, if its not Fresh don't buy stuff like Instant or Boxed Potatoes

Fish Sticks, ECT, they are bad too, Although not as Nutritious Canned Potatoes

NEVER eat Fast Food I may 3 times a year

Eggs are Great Fresh if you can but most Places don't have allot of Chicken running around

Milk, is a Hard one, If you can get Organic, Some Milks contain Harmon's , Read the Ingredients

Pop, Watch your Sugar in take

I eat Butter, Margarine is just as bad so you may as well have the real thing, Don't use Spray Margarine's for Cooking and don't buy No Stick Pans, That's a Chemical

Cook with Cast Iron, you also get Natural Iron from the Pan too

EXERSIZE, even if it Hurts a little, on real bad Day's take it easy on better days

Go For a walk, I Rock Hunt, its fun and I don't realize I am Exercising and I like to Swim too

Stay on a Routine , Eat at the same time everyday go to bed at the same time, Even if you are not Tired read a Book in Bed, that too is a form of resting.

I take Natures Plus a Source of Foods Vitamin, They do what the say they do and I think I have tried them all and they give Natural Energy, I do not Sale them or are they anyway Affiliated with me or what I Sale on eBay.
