I have seen many complaints, problems, reviews, etc on Feedback.

Let me just say if you deal with powersellers, you wont have any problems.

Powersellers can only get to where they are by making people happy, ALOT of People.

For most powersellers, they do not hold a buyer hostage, only giving positive feedback after receiving it from the buyer. We give positive feedback rigth after we process the order, BEFORE the item is shipped. The buyer did their part and paid on time, so we acknowledge that.

We are confident that our service will make the buyer want to give us positive feedback in return. By answering questions promptly, shipping the item quickly and safely, and providing the best prices and descriptions we can, we find people will be happy.

It is unfortunate some sellers don't do the same. We buy items off ebay ourself, and many times we do not get feedback from the seller, even powersellers sometimes. Unfortunately some people just don't have the ethics of good business that they used to.
