My first query to DealHaven about my Swiss Army watch was answered rather coldly with the suggestion that I call Swiss Army because there wasn't much they (DealHaven) could do. Then either someone's boss read the correspondence or the person responding had a sudden change of heart because I was offered a refund as they were out of stock on that particular watch. I agreed and was ready to pack up the watch and send it back when I got an email notifying me that my Paypal account had been re-imbursed and that was that. Imagine my surprise. They didn't even say they wanted the watch back. I guess there are dealers out there that, when faced with an unhappy customer, will make good on their promises one way or another. And I guess if you've sold a trailer-load of the same watch, one less isn't going to have much of an impact.
