I purchased two pair of these fake uggs from separate e-bay sites.   I did go back to the sellers with complaints. I did request a total refund, one offered , the other didnt- I was actually badgered and felt extremely threatened by one of the sellers and withdrew my complaint. These were Christmas gifts and it is so embarrassing.  I paid full retail price for them.
