Now we all know that the air max 360 is a nice shoe, but all good things come to an end. Fakes. The cheap copy shoes that lack the functionality and comfort of the real 360.
Now, if you're looking for the real deal, here are a couple of things to look for:
Notice the little pads on the sole of the shoe, real 360s should have a pad above the little swoosh (note that some womens models might not, also some fakes may have the little pad)

Fake Real
Also, on the sole, the little colored squares should be there, but fakes are getting better and some come with colored squares now. (however for some premium models, colored squares might not be on there)
Also, what makes the air max 360 are the little pads on the sole that cushion your feet as you run/walk. Although you cannot tell from pictures, the pads should be easy to push in and not hard like the fakes. For looks, fakes may look ok, but for functionality, they will feel bad on your feet.
Also, make sure that the box matches the shoe; color should be same, check the codes with the box and shoe, and for the new 360 IIs, some sellers include a first generation 360 box. Make sure to check that too.
Many fake colorways are also being released, some sellers are trying to pass the womens colorways for mens.
For example, this black and white colorway was never released in mens sizes, yet it is being sold as a men's shoe. Colorway is very important, it is a major factor in determining the authenticity.

Also, make sure to get tagged pictures from the seller, many sellers simply use stock photos, but they might not accurately represent what you may be getting. You probably also want a picture of the tag as well, on some pairs I've seen the size scratched out and written in marker. Also compare the tag with real shoes, the font may be different. (with the box as well)
*note that for the new 360 IIs, no leather colorway has come out as of today (May 28th) so watch out for that, I emailed nike about leather 360 IIs, and they said they will release some soon, but none are out now*
Before buying, compare your shoe with stock photos you can get from authorized resellers to see if everything is all right. If you have ANY doubt at all, feel free to ask the seller for more pictures, or perhaps more detailed pictures. If the seller is shipping from asia, that may raise a couple of eyebrows; most fakes are made in asia, however many nikes are too.
However, if you've already received the shoes and are still skeptical, go to the mall and try a real pair on, it will alter your perspective.
Even if the seller has good feedback, they might have just started selling fake shoes, so don't judge just through that.
If you get scammed, ask the seller for a refund, and if they deny, open a dispute through paypal and/or ebay. Remember that selling fake shoes is a trademark violation and legal action could be taken against the seller.
I hope you have safe shopping on eBay and hope this guide helped you!
