I purchased 2 Apple IPODS 4th generation Nano's from 2 different sellers. One in China and one in Korea or South Korea (I can't remember which one). They both were fakes when they arrived. They appeared to be IPOD's until you turned it on. The software is nothing like the real ones. The click wheel doesn't work and you have to push side-to-side to move through the screens. Both were a piece of crap! I filed a dispute through Paypal and the guy from Korea reluctantly agreed to refund my money. The second and most expensive purchase from the guy in Hong Kong, offered a $20 credit, but I declined. He wanted me to mail it back to Hong Kong for a partial refund. I took it down to the post office and they said it was against the law to send counterfeit goods. I called paypal and told them the whole story and they agreed to work on my case. My advice is not to buy an IPOD outside the USA because the 2 I got were fake! I plan to buy one soon, but from a trusted US seller! By the way, both seller's IPOD listing's have been removed from EBAY after I filed my dispute for selling counterfeit goods. To bad they weren't removed sooner!
