Generally all warranties are between the customer and the manufacturer. Some manufactures allow dealers to handle warranty exchange of goods at the point of purchase and reimburse the dealer later.

Factory Warranties differ in that all repairs of exchanges must be handled directly with the manufacturer or the manufacturers authorized service center. The dealer is not allowed to exchange items.

If you have a problem with an item that has a Factory Warranties, the best way to correct it is to go to the manufacturer’s website or call the number in the manual. They can recommend the fastest way to resolve the problem.

Your invoice is your Proof of Purchase for warranty purposes. If you can’t find the one we sent with your item, email us and we can email you an additional copy.
