My daughter has three American Girl dolls and I wanted her to take good care of them so I bought her the doll face and skin care product from The American Girl store.  Boy was I dissappointed.  I paid a good amount of money for a white wash cloth and guess what a small container of Baking Soda.  To clean their face and skin, you use a little bit of baking soda with a little bit of water and scrub.  Make sure not to get any baking soda or water in the eyes as the eyes will rust.  It is that simple.  Take care and don't spend a lot of extra money on stuff like the official American Girl face and skin care product.
