I highly recommed that you steer far away from them.
There is no need to worry any longer about home foreclosure because the
US Government has come up with an exceptional solution to the bad
housing economy that has affected so many Americans.
The one and only website that I highly recommend that home owners check out
is MakingHomeAffordable.gov (Links outside of eBay are not allowed,
so simply type those words in your web browser to view the website.)

definately looks promising to so many home owners who need help.
