This guide is one of several I have written about specific items fraudulent eBay sellers are using to rip-off bidders. Ebay is loaded with fraudulent sellers. Fraudulent auctions are posted quicker than ebay can close them. But HOW CAN YOU PROTECT YOURSELF? Keep reading and find out how. If you like this guide please MARK IT AS HELPFUL.
This is a FRAUD REPORT for: O2 ATOM WIFI GSM PDA PHONE. This item is being used by eBay sellers to rip-off gullible bidders. Please read this guide so you know how to spot a fraudulent auction when you find one, so you can protect yourself from being RIPPED OFF!!
ITEM IS OFFERED AT UNBELIEVABLY LOW PRICE - If it sounds too good to be true, it usually is. Trust me on that one. eBay is a very efficient marketplace. If an item is worth $1000 then it will normally sell for about that every time its listed on eBay. If you see and auction about to end for $50 for your $1000 item something is wrong.
SELLER ASKS YOU TO EMAIL OFF EBAY FOR MORE INFORMATION AND BUY NOW - If you do business outside of eBay you lose their fraud protection guarantee. Reputable sellers dont try to pull you off eBay.
SELLER OFFERING SEVERAL OF SAME UNBELIEVABLE ITEM - Why would a seller have twenty sets of the same fishing rod? If it doesnt make sense, dont bid.
TRUST YOUR INSTINCTS - And if you have none, dont shop on eBay.
HOW TO PROTECT YOUR PAYMENT - Pay with Paypal. Never pay an unknown seller with a personal check, money order, cashiers check, cash, bidpay, etc. Paying with such methods provide no protection against fraud... they can just keep your money. Paypal provides the best fraud protection and guarantee in the business. It may take some time for you to get a refund but thats better than kissing your check goodbye forever.
