FRAUD BUYERS!

  Ebay has MASSIVE amounts of FRAUD. Especially "POWERSELLERS!" I am NOT talking about the powerseller that sells out of their garage- after YEARS of collecting.. I am talking REAL FRAUD here, Folks. This is a REALITY. As a Community, we MUST STOP THIS.

  Here is a case scenerio:  Seller (Part-Time Seller) Sells an ITEM. Part time seller has not made EBAY a "Way of Life" this seller, puts a FEW things up- not too many.. After all, this type seller, is not experienced, but just wants to get RID of things, and does not want a "Business" out of his/her condominium.. So, the item gets sent out.. This Seller has a DELIVERY CONF. SLIP. & A RECEIPT. (Which, by federal law, CANNOT be tampered with, AND is CONCRETE EVIDENCE.)  Seller notifies buyer by email- Seller has done a great job- packaging, adding a few little things just hanging around the house, etc.. Seller just wants to have some "Fun" and enjoys Life............ >BUYER- FRAUD. This buyer is going to INTENTIONALLY set this small seller up.. This buyer, sends an EMAIL to SELLER...."I have not received item"  -Seller is SHOCKED. Seller KNOWS that he/she sent out item.. but has NO CLUE that this buyer is a FRAUD.. Seller sends email to this "buyer" "This has been sent, and here is your del. conf. #" --Buyer NOW HAS THIS SELLER IN THE PALM OF THEIR HAND. This little seller is "freaked out" Seller cannot think, Seller is so UPSET, that seller cannot even FUNCTION.   (See a picture here???) --Buyer says: "I will file a paypal/claim, I bought item, and item was never sent.." Seller is a MENTAL WRECK now. Seller FORGETS to check with DEL. CONF. The buyer files paypal/claim- BUYER GETS THE MONEY& KEEPS THE ITEM... It is as simple as that folks.  

    PAY CLOSE attention ... I am a Licenced Corporate Finance Specialist. I abide by the RULES/LAWS/MANDATES of the F.C.C.,  F.T.C., A.C.A., not excluding the F.D.C.P.A.- I am  licenced out of the State of Minnesota, which is a coveted licence, to have this licence, one must go though an array of heavy monitoring, through the Federal Communications Commission, and the Federal Trade Commission. I have 15 PLUS years in tracing, and investigating FRAUD. Frauds are none too clever- They really are not.. A FRAUD, for example, will set up MANY names here on ebay.. OFTEN USING 2-3 names to SELL, and maybe 2 names to BUY.  Sellers!!! LOOK AT THIS BIDDERS FEED-BACK!! NOT at how "good" the buyer is, or even if buyer is a "fast payer" (if you give 7 days to pay, don't expect people to pay right away all the time)-- LOOK AT WHAT THE BUYER HAS BOUGHT BEFORE. LOOK at all of the items!! 98% of the time, a FRAUD SLIPS up, and SELLS on their "buying" account..and THIS is HOW you get the FRAUD.
