There are many Otartel victims that have formed a group (well over 100 people at last count), and are working together to help prosecute these people. They have scammed quite a few people -even a charity for $64,000! This group has been in close contact with the NYC Police Dept, the NY AG, BBB, FBI, and the USPS to help them with any information they can come up with. We may not ever see our money again, but at least maybe these guys will get caught and prosecuted!
