Remember when you were young and healthy and responded to the adventures and challenges of life with energy and excitement? Like most of us, you probably deceived yourself into thinking that things would never change. But things do change, either by an accident, illness, or by just growing older. Sadly, it is only when we have lost our health (physically, emotionally, mentally, or spiritually) that we appreciate what a wonderful gift wellness truly is.
Begin today to preserve your health and total wellness, and, if you have lost it, to return to health. Regardless of your age, you can feel healthier, stronger, and even look younger.
Most of us today are sick . . . that’s right; we are sick of being sick . . . and so the revolution has begun. People of all ages, everywhere, are turning to the future with hope of a better life. You, too, can be part of the revolution. You, too, can find greater happiness and peace of mind by claiming your right to a natural, fulfilling and exciting life.
Create and enhance your own wellness by following a daily routine of the
FIVE FITNESS FACTS:
Drink eight glasses of pure clean water every day. (Alkaline water is best.) Don’t substitute with juices or soft drinks.
Get plenty of rest. You cannot create wellness by robbing your body of the rest it needs. In today’s busy lifestyle this may be hard to do, but absolutely necessary.
Oxygenate your blood cells. This is best achieved by the proper level and duration of physical exercise, or by the use of effective breathing exercises.
Learn to minimize stress in your life. Some of the best ways that I have learned are: simplify your life (if it is not life-enhancing eliminate it), get a good planner and then use it, have mighty prayer daily, forgive those who have offended you, find someone to serve each day, and have charity.
Take properly balanced nutritional supplements. Modern methods of growing, processing, and treating foods make it literally impossible to obtain all the minerals, vitamins, enzymes and other nutrients our bodies need from the foods we eat. Avoid so-called “junk foods.”
When you are very healthy, your body has a natural ability to defend itself from attack by foreign enemies (germs, chemicals, bacteria, virus’, etc.) and even has the ability to heal itself if given the right nutrients.
Symptoms such as the flu, heart trouble, arthritis, diabetes, cancer, aids, etc., may reveal that something more serious is wrong with one or more of the body systems. Find out which of your body systems needs an extra boost by taking Gifts of Nature’s FREE Health quiz.
