NO PAYMENT YET AFTER 30+ DAYS... I sent two boxes of textbooks (college books) to this company one in may and another in june. You type in your text book and they buy it back at a good price. I did everything and even sent these boxes to them, they pay for shipping as stated on the web page.

I NEVER GOT ANY RESPONSE FROM THEM YET...

1 BOX WAS SENT ON MAY 19TH, THAT'S PLENTY OF TIME TO HAVE GOTTEN THE BOX...

I finally rest this case read at bottom final update.

MY ADVICE ON TEXT-BUY-BACK-ONLINE

1... Make sure you buy insurnace or purchase confirmation.

2... Check BBB, if this company exists, I was in a rush, ebay didn't bring much but this online web offered triple or more.

3... If you contact business through email and never get a return email this should clue you a company online is bogus fraud.

I have contacted Findmybooks.com several times, never got a return email back from them as in "hey yes this is fine" nothing yet no return email response= the following return email from this company using the contact form online::::

IT'S BEEN A SOLID MONTH, WHERE'S MY $44 ON THE FIRST BOX & $17 ON THE SECOND BOX.

I'm giving them til 1st of July before I render my recommendation, this guide informs you not to do business with them till I update this review saying I was paid or I never recieved payment. I even copied off two records on book titles I sent and actual order#'s of those two orders.

I CONTACTED COMPANY OVER 4 TIMES ALREADY

May 20th was my first box sent for $44

June 6th was my first contact (did you get my books yet) NEVER GOT A RESPONSE BACK

June 19th was my 2nd inquire asking if they got my books. NEVER GOT A RESPONCE BACK

June 24th no emails ever came back from this company, this is when I explained that I was going to ebay to write a guide

June 24th used this other email sellyourbook at coxinet.net MAIL FAILURE NOTICE

This company has had plenty of time to recognize my emails, they choose remain silent.

UPDATE 7/06

I just checked on the order stauts of my books, this online says they have'nt recieved my orders yet.

I RECOMMEND YOU DON'T DO BUSINESS DUE TO 5/19/2009 ORIGINAL DATE OF FIRST BOX SENT...

That's well over 48 days from my first initial contact on this online company....

UPDATE 7/13

Another week has gone by no email no check in the mail yet..... I don't recommend you do business with this company period. I know media mail is slow but today is 55 days now with no response from this company. You would think someone read this guide here at ebay and that hasn't even gained any calling.

55 days, I don't think i'll ever see my checks of $44 1 box & $17 second box mailed. I have the order forms and Gone Postal has wirness me sending the boxes through his USPS/Private post office company.

UPDATE 7/21

I opened a possible fraud investigation with the post office today, I will not be frauded, this company has no phone contact and I'm due $61 bucks. Theres no turning back now once you get the post office involved. The packing slip I used gets recorded at the Oklahoma Post Office so they will know when my box came through. I cant wait to see how this comes out.

I finally found the company who is managing this online web, I'm suppose to get a check in the mail, I hope this will be the end of this. I will update one last time on getting paid (actual check mailed to me after 64 days).

I got a check in the mail yesterday, both orders were paifd finally $61. The company has no excuse I have emails from James Black, don't know if he is the owner as the check came from Textbook Exchange in Oklahoma Ok. If you have any concerns with Findmybooks.com or sellyourtextbook.com email is (((james at tbexchange dot com))) or call directly 1-405-478-2434. I DON'T RECOMMEND USING THESE TWO COMPANIES. 71 days to get paid, there is no reason for this.
