FIBROMYALGIA FOODS to AVOID/People with Chronic Pain

          I find that there are 3 basics when dealing with Fibromyalgia and my dietary habits.
1) Make sure I have enough FUEL to run my BODY's engines

2) I need all the BEST materials ( Nutritious foods , drinks)  to help my body repair itself and to rebuild itself and to REST itself.

3) Never put any more poisons in my body.
 
Hey Eating Healthy Foods is NOT a HASSLE

Your eating must be a part of your comprehensive way for good health which should include, moving your body at least 30 minutes daily, go out for a short walk in the AM or at sunset,  and eating the RIGHT foods and getting enough Restorative SLEEP.

CAN YOU UNPLUG it ALL for 30 min a day?

IF you allow yourself to unplug all phones, tvs are off , the kids are tucked in somewhere or under someones close supervision, so that you can take the quiet room . You play the relaxation cds I recommend that only take 20 minutes in the morning and 20 minutes before bed. THis allows you the time to SHUT everything off. WE ARE BOMBARDED TODAY. Cell phones, tv on all day as a babysitter, neighbors who don't know how to speak in a 10 inch voice so you hear them through your windows.... Well SHUTTING down takes planning.  Find your room, make a space, bring in your Meditative CDs, CLose windows, and if necessary buy an air filtration machine which gives you cleaner air inside and also may deaden the DIN we are getting too accustomed to in our daily lives.  Stopping to just STOP and do the body check meditation I recommend will make a difference if you can be CONSISTENT with this for at least 30 days/ nights. It becomes a HABIT. It will be like putting money in your PAIN /Stress bank and when you need to pull it out when you need it IT WILL BE THERE since you have been practicing this daily/ nightly.

After you can discontinue Use of this chemical, you may notice that it can take 2 months to detoxify your body of this. Perhaps you knew this chemical can convrt the body to methanol and formaldehyde?  Methanol messes with the neuro has been reported to cause neruo damage and brain cancers. I have not tried that stuff for years. I only buy real BUTTER from REAL COWS. WHAT NATURE MADE not MAN made goes in me. That word HYDROGENATED. It's made by bubbling hydrogen gas through vegetable oil. YUMMY!!Insects wont eat it, mold won't grow on it and it won't support or sustain life. SHELF LIFE IS IMPORTANT but what about your LIFE!

Consume good oils and fats- Personally I use olive oil and Coconut oil only. the good oils and fats we eat are the basic raw materials we must use for our cells and the membranes around those cells. Keep eating deep fried foods using vegtetable oil, and our bodies may become  like a OFF ROAD racing vehicle made with plastic parts.After a while the body won't heal because it can't anymore.Discontinue putting this stuff in your body. It may take up to 4 months to EVACUATE it all out of your COLON.

Feed good things in your colon and starve the bad creatures.


Our intestines are so very long.  If you stretch them out they go many many feet out. Most people with Fibro have intestinal difficulties. we need GOOD FLORa or good lifeforms inside us. the good one give us life and the crummy ones make us feel yucky and lethargic. the good ones help us digest our food and give us our vitamins we need*. the bad ones we ingest creat toxins and also love SUGAR and WheAT flours. Good FLORa need Leafy green vegetables too. Try starving the bad flora in your intestines by flushing them out and also eating  things that end in --illis or illus as in LActobacilis which is found in yogurts and other ways of getting these in your GUT.

I hope some of this guides you to better health for you FIBRO you deal with daily most of you at least I do sometimes. Most days I do what I can with what I've got and make the best of it !

Hey- Tell your organs you love them- It sounds a little off yet they are a part of you and make you WHO YOU ARE. We are all ONE being yet made up of many parts. Tell them all I love you LIVEr, I love you Stomach etc. when you go to bed. It does not have to be out loud but If you have seen the movie " What the BLEEP do WE Know?" you will know that all those little cells that create us MAKE US ONE . That movie is worth seeing more than twice my friend. It will awaken something in you that you already knew yet with those Brainiacs  and smart people in that movie , they tell it as it is about how we are and WHO WE ARE.

So Remember Fibromyalgia/Chronic Fatigue syndrome, I think comes along at a time when many TYPE A personalities have been OVERDONE in the work place. OVERCOOKED and finally their body gives out. It won't work for you anymore and it is an eye opening experience when you must stay home and NOT WORK or CUT BACK on all it is you were doing before and RE ASSESSING WHo you are and WHAT your INSTINCT TElls you to be happy doing from now on. You might also ask yourself too, What will I be happy doing, now that I am not able to do X work. It is a wake up call, however it challenges you to RE assess your most important Relationship. The Relationship with YOURSELF.
