Feedback is awesome but for a seller don't worry if you get  just one, sometimes people are jsut plain unhappy- instead concentrate on the positive..for the buyer- give feedback- let the  person know it arrived and that you are happy and most of all for the bidder watch the feedbcak- see how the person is doing- that awesome deal may be too much of an awesome deal
