FEEDBACK IS A IMPORTANT FACTOR ON EBAY TO BOTH THE BUYER & SELLER. AS A BUYER YOU SHOULD NOT EXPECT FEEDBACK LEFT FOR YOU JUST BECAUSE YOU HAVE MADE THE PAYMENT, BECAUSE THAT'S NOT WHAT IT'S ALL ABOUT. AS A BUYER YOU SHOULD ONLY EXPECT FEEDBACK ONCE THE ITEM IS RECEIVED AND YOU HAVE CONTACTED THE SELLER THAT EVERYTHING'S OKAY. MOST BUYERS WILL LEAVE FEEDBACK ONCE THE ITEM IS RECEIVED AND THEY'RE SATISFIED. AS A SELLER YOU HAVE TO UNDERSTAND THERE IS A LOT MORE AT RISK OF KEEPING YOUR FEEDBACK AT THE CURRENT LEVEL, SO IT IS BEST FOR YOU TO WAIT FOR THE BUYER'S FEEDBACK FIRST OR HAVE THEM CONTACT YOU BEFORE LEAVING ANY FEEDBACK. BECAUSE WHEN IT ALL COMES DOWN TO IT FEEDBACK MOSTLY REFLECTS A LEVEL OF SATISFACTION. IT IS NOT BEST TO ASSUME THAT ONCE THE BUYER RECEIVES THEIR ITEM THEY'RE SATISFIED, YOU NEED TO HEAR THEIR RESPONSE AND TELL YOU THAT EITHER IN A MESSAGE OR BY LEAVING FEEDBACK. WHAT I DON'T REALLY UNDERSTAND IS A LOT OF BUYERS ACT LIKE THEY'RE NOT GOING TO LEAVE ANY FEEDBACK UNTIL THE SELLER DOES FIRST EVEN IF THEY HAVE RECEIVED THEIR ITEM AND ARE COMPLETELY SATISFIED. IT'S LIKE THE BUYER IS ACTING LIKE IF A SELLER WON'T LEAVE FEEDBACK FIRST, THEN I WON'T EITHER. THAT IS REALLY NOT FAIR AND MAKES A LOT OF SELLERS NEVER RECEIVE ANY FEEDBACK ON ITEMS BUYERS HAVE RECEIVED AND ARE SATISFIED WITH. ALSO MANY BUYERS SEEM TO WAIT WEEKS AND EVEN MONTHS BEFORE LEAVING FEEDBACK WHICH IS NOT BEING VERY FAIR TO THE SELLER, SELLERS NEED AS MUCH POSITIVE FEEDBACK AS POSSIBLE TO HELP CONFIRM A LEVEL OF SATISFACTION TO FUTURE BUYERS. AND AS A BUYER YOU NEED AS MUCH GOOD FEEDBACK AS WELL TO LET FUTURE SELLER'S KNOW WHAT A GOOD BUYER YOU ARE!!!
