I have recently bought two coach keychain from 2 different Ebay seller - both locations are USA.  One is authentic (with picture displayed very clear on Ebay) and the other is fake (with picture displayed not very clear on Ebay item # 170145603771 five cute little bears Coach keychain bought on September 3 2007).  The seller who sells the fake keychain told me that she was unaware of the keychain was fake because she bought it in Outlet Coach store  but the price she paid for it compared other keychains was different.  Is it possible Outlet COACH store selling fake keychains to customers?  She agreed to pay for refund and the cost of returned shipping fee.  I returned it and she broke the promise to make a refund for the returned shipping fee.  Few days later, I saw the seller displaying two similar fake bear keychains (170153091785 and 170153245653) in Ebay under "Signature Coach Handbag Multi-Charm Key Fob Keychain".  I immediately emailed to her whether she was now fully aware of the keychains she displayed on Ebay were fake and wanted to file a complaint about her selling fake keychain.  Finally, she agreed to make a refund for my returned shipping fee.  My advise is before buying Coach keychains make sure the keychains are displayed in a clear picture.
