If Poppy9780 or anyone with the similar auction description is selling "removed from package" bluetooth headsets, they are selling fakes! I just bought the Plantronics 510 voyager headset from Poppy here only to realize that he/she/it (could be a seller bot) is part of some bigger thing called "techspres". I tested the headset and it connected just fine, but the thing has fading audio, telling me there is faulty hardware in this, showing me that it is used or refurb. Poppy states it is "new" and just "removed" from the package to save on shipping. After day 1 I tried the set on multiple other sources, and the same issue occurred. I now have filed a complaint with Paypal, and I am hoping to get a refund for this. I can tell you the hardware is fake, because a lot of the functionality is gone from the device and the manual was photocopied. (1st sign this wasn't a retail product) But if you see auctions where you pay with paypal, but to get a refund you have to send them the product back BEFORE getting a refund. (That's the genius of it, I will explain) What if, by chance, that people like Poppy9780 send out products that have been RETURNED to sellers like these people. I opened a dispute with paypal, and I hope that the issue is resolved quickly. I also noted that people with high selling should normally have power seller status, which means this person might be fabricating his or her own feedback ratings to reel in people. But just to note that my headset has a supposed warranty, it was manufactured in 2004...just so you know.

So just be careful when you buy bluetooth anything off eBay, lots of evil people out there trying to make money by just sitting on their lazy 45535.
EDIT: You will be able to get your money back if you open a dispute in Paypal's resolution center and explain what is going on and also you will need to email poppy9780 (poppy9780@gmail.com I believe) and tell him you want to send the headset back for a full refund (retail + shipping USD) and make it clear you opened a dispute claim with paypal, and don't close the dispute until you have received your refund from poppy9780. If you give poppy9780 negative feedback, you will be asked to take down such a thing in order to get a refund (which is how they have such a high positive rating). Comply and you should get your refund within a few days! Hope this helps!
