Lots of Fake Pottery Barn Kids beds/furniture  showing up on Ebay.. If it doesn't come in the Pottery Barn BOX, then most likely a fake, especially if they are offering you any choice of color.  Pottery Barn and Pottery Barn Kids package all their beds in boxes that are labeled Pottery Barn and Pottery Barn Kids.. Also inside stickers and paperwork with furniture will say Pottery Barn.. Many sellers and furniture stores on ebay are riding on the name Pottery Barn in title but selling similar beds as Pottery Barn ... calling them Thomas or Kendall or Logan..Maybe same name but not same bed and possibly not same quality.  Ask if it is coming in a Pottery Barn Manfuactured box.  There is no way that anyone can buy directly from Pottery Barn's manufactures, they are exclusive to Pottery Barn only.  If not in the PB box or with original Pottery Barn Paperwork or stickers,  then definitely not a Pottery Barn and you are taking a chance on it matching your other pieces and quality.   Another sign of a fake is the timeframe for you to get item  If they bought at PB outlet, then should have onhand.  What they do is order the furniture from a look alike company which takes 8-10 weeks and by the time you get, it is too late for you to leave feedback thru Ebay or even report them.. Ebay and Paypal have deadlines and these fraudulent sellers will make sure you don't get item until outside of that timeframe.  If you have gotten taken by one of these fake sellers, report them to FBI.
