During the winter months everyone needs to take a little extra time to be sure your items are packed to handle the rough winter roads and the extreme cold.  Most of us have seen the damage on our highways caused by winter, heavy usage, and poor maintenance.  All of this is enhanced by the addition of snow and ice.  If you take a chance to watch one of those freight delivery trucks travel the highway you will see just how much it bounces over bumps during normal weather conditions.  Just add a snow or ice packed road to that equasion and your products have a rough ride and an increased chance for freight damage.  

  Now, if all of that isn't enough you might want to watch the driving habits of many of these services.  Not to say it's bad but they are in a hurry and things do go bump quite often.  So, in order to keep ebay a great service we just need to add a little extra care in shipping our products.  You may need to pass along a little extra shipping cost to your customers.  Ultimately the important thing is keeping your customer happy and your feedback score soring in a positive direction.  This guide may only seem obvious but I thought that it would help by giving everyone this friendly reminder just in case it may have slipped our minds.
